Our History

In 1984, Jesse Ruiz started JPR Custom Flooring out of his garage, concentrating on carpet installation only. As he mastered his craft and built an impressive list of clients, he bagan to have more and more inquries into additional product installations, such as hardwood flooring, and natural stone work. Instead of hiring the additional work out, as many contractors would do, Jesse decided that JPR Flooring would branch out, and offer the products and services that his customers wanted. To ensure he would not sacrifice workmanship, Jesse worked to be become fully certified with CFI (Certified Floorcovering Installers) and expanded his business.

Since then, JPR has grown into a company of over 15 expertly skilled installers. JPR Custom Flooring has become one of the top flooring installers in the Phoenix metro area, and one look at our porfolio, you’ll know why!
